Ingredients
- 1.5 # pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup O.J.
- 1/4 cup grapefruit jc
- 2 TBSP chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Trim pork. Mix all other ingredients in gallon sized bag. Add pork and refrigerate at least 30 min. up to 4 hours.
Lightly oil grill, remove meat from marinade. Leave solids stuck to meat. Barbeque to 145F. Let stand then slice on slight diagonal
