Ingredients

    # pork tenderloin

  • ¼

    cup O.J.

  • ¼

    cup grapefruit jc

  • 2

    TBSP chopped cilantro

  • 1

    tsp cumin

  • 1

    tsp oregano

  • 2

    garlic cloves minced

  • ½

    tsp kosher salt

  • ½

    tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Trim pork. Mix all other ingredients in gallon sized bag. Add pork and refrigerate at least 30 min. up to 4 hours. Lightly oil grill, remove meat from marinade. Leave solids stuck to meat. Barbeque to 145F. Let stand then slice on slight diagonal
