Barbecued Beef Tips

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut in 1-1/2 inch cubes
- 3 c. water
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T. brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Drain half the liquid. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over tips. Bake for an additional hour.
I make it in the crock pot on low for 5-6 hours, drain half the liquid and add sauce ingredients for another 2-3 hours.
