Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs beef chuck, cut in 1-½ inch cubes

  • 3

    c. water

  • 3

    beef bouillon cubes

  • 1

    t. pepper

  • ½

    t. salt

  • Sauce:

  • 1

    c. catsup

  • ½

    c. white vinegar

  • 1

    T. cornstarch

  • 1

    t. salt

  • 1

    t. dry mustard

  • 1

    t. chili powder

  • 1

    t. paprika

  • ½

    t. pepper

  • ½

    c. sugar

  • 2

    T. brown sugar

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Drain half the liquid. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over tips. Bake for an additional hour. I make it in the crock pot on low for 5-6 hours, drain half the liquid and add sauce ingredients for another 2-3 hours.
