Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 T sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing and marinade
- 1 1/4 lb thawed large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 c drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips
- 1/3 c drained pitted Kalamata olives, halved

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain and reserve 1/4 c cooking water. In nonstick skillet over medium heat add onion and 2 T dressing, cook stirring until softened and golden about 10 minutes. Add shrimp and
2 T dressing, cook stirring until opaque 4-5 minutes. Add pasta, tomatoes, olives, reserved pasta water and remaining 6 T dressing. Cook stirring until heated through about 1 minutes. Can sprinkle with thinly sliced basil.
