Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. cooking shery
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 T. water
  • 2 T. worchestershire sauce
  • 2 t. cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 t. crushed red pepper
  • 2 t. ginger
  • 1 t. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients well. Pour over cooked meat/vegetables. Heat until sauce is thick and bubbling.
