  • 4

    salmon fillets, approx 1¼ pounds

  • ½

    cup kraft zesty Italian dressing

  • 1

    tomato, chopped

  • ½

    cup sliced mushrooms

  • 3

    green onions, sliced

Directions

Directions: 1 Preheat oven to 350°F Place fish in a 13 x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. 2 Mix remaining ingredients. 3 Spoon over fish. 4 Cover with foil. 5 Cut several slits in top of foil to vent. 6 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. 7 Serve topped with vegetable mixture.
