Ingredients

  • 2

    cups all purpose flour

  • 1

    tsp baking powder

  • ½

    tsp baking soda

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • cups mashed fully ripe bananas

  • cups Kellogs bran buds

  • ½

    cup margarine, softened

  • ¾

    cups sugar

  • 2

    eggs

  • ½

    cup coarselyu chopped nuts

Directions

1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, & salt. 2. Combine mashed bananas and cereal, let stand 2 minutes 3. In large mixing bowl 4. Beat margarine and sugar. 5. Beat in eggs and cereal mixture 6. Stir in flour mixture & nuts. 7. Spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. 8. Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean 9. Let cool about 10 minutes
