Ingredients
- 7 OR 8 POTATOES, BOILED WITH SKIN ON
- 2 CUPS CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
- 1/4 CUP BUTTER MELTED
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 2 CUPS SOUR CREAM
- 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION
- 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
- OPTIONAL CRUSHED CORN FLAKES MIXED WITH BUTTER
Preparation
Step 1
MELT BUTTER AND CHEESE. ADD SOUR CREAM, ONIONS AND PEELED, GRATED POTATOES, SALT AND PEPPER. BAKE IN A 9X13 INCH CASSEROLE DISH. CRUSHED CORN FLAKES MIXED WITH BUTTER MAY BE PUT ON TOP BEFORE BAKING.
