POTATO-CHEESE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 7 OR 8 POTATOES, BOILED WITH SKIN ON
  • 2 CUPS CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
  • 1/4 CUP BUTTER MELTED
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
  • 2 CUPS SOUR CREAM
  • 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION
  • 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
  • OPTIONAL CRUSHED CORN FLAKES MIXED WITH BUTTER

Preparation

Step 1

MELT BUTTER AND CHEESE. ADD SOUR CREAM, ONIONS AND PEELED, GRATED POTATOES, SALT AND PEPPER. BAKE IN A 9X13 INCH CASSEROLE DISH. CRUSHED CORN FLAKES MIXED WITH BUTTER MAY BE PUT ON TOP BEFORE BAKING.
