Step 1

Chop cherry tomatoes in half, along with cutting fresh mozzarella into one inch cubes. Tear or cut fresh basil into one inch chunks. Same goes for the proscuitto.

Cut skewers in half, or purchase 6" skewers.

On each stick, place one half of the cherry tomato, followed by proscuitto, mozzarella, fresh basil, and the other half of the tomato. Ensure the last half of the cherry tomato is near the tip/point of the skewer.

Dot the mozzarella with fresh pesto.
