Ingredients

    teaspoon salt

    cup butter

  • 2

    tablespoons sour cream

  • 3

    egg yolks

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 2

    tablespoons flour

  • cup sour cream

  • 3

    peaches, peeled and sliced

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 425. 2 Put 1 1/4 cups flour, salt, butter and 2 tablespoons sour cream in bowl of food processor and blend until they form a ball. Pat into a buttered pie tin and bake 10 minutes. 3 Lower oven temp to 350. 4 In medium sized bowl, beat egg yolks slightly then combine with the sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 1/3 cup sour cream. 5 Arrange the sliced peeled, sliced peaches into the baked pie crust. Pour egg yolk mixture over peaches. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 35 minutes. 6 Remove foil from pie and bake 10 minutes more, or until filling is set.
