Pork Chops on Baked Beans

  • Loin Pork Chops
  • Can Baked Beans
  • yellow mustard
  • brown sugar
  • catsup
  • lemon
  • onion

Preparation

Step 1

Put baked beans in shallow baking dish (8 x 8). Spread chops with even covering of mustard. Sprinkle with tbsp or two brown sugar. Spread catsup over all. Place on beans. Place a slice of onion and 1/2 slice of lemon on each chop.

Bake at 325 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours (or until tender).
