Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon aromatic bitters
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except chicken pieces; pour over all chicken breast in a large plastic bag.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Turning the bag at least once.
Remove chicken; reserve marinade. Cover and grill chicken 10 minutes on each side, turning once brushing 2 to 3 times with reserved marinade, until chicken is done.
