Ingredients
- 3 pounds of spareribs
- flour
- oil
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 4 T. sugar
- 3 cloves minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Coat spareribs in flour and brown the ribs in oil.
Mix together brown sugar, water, cider vinegar, sugar,garlic and add to ribs.
Simmer for 2 hours or until soft.
