Coffee Filling

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
• 1 tablespoon hot water
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1 ⁄2 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine coffee granules and 1 tablespoon hot water. Add cream cheese, and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Add confectioners’ sugar, beating to combine. Add cream; beat at high speed until thickened.
