Ingredients
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- 1/3 C. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- cinnamon and nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- These are approximates.
Preparation
Step 1
I like to cook the apples a little in a frying pan until they start to be translucent. Take off stove then add sugars, cornstarch and lemon juice. Mix well then pour in pie shell.
Bake at 375 55 - 60 minutes.
