Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • Sirloin steak
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 3 TBSP flour
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 C hot water
  • 1 TBSP sherry
  • 1 TBSP catsup
  • 2 TBSP instant beef bouillon
  • 1/2 TSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 C sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1.Shake beef, flour, salt & pepper in plastic bag.
2.Use 2 qt casserole, stir in everything except sour cream
3.Microwave covered on high 5 min. Reduce to 70 cook till beef tender 20-30 min. Stir after ½ way done. Stand for 5-10 min. Stir in sour cream.

Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
