Ingredients
- 9 medium tomatoes, cored
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- Parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°. Place tomatoes in ungreased baking pan, 13x9x2 inches. Mix butter, onion and basil. Spoon about 1 teaspoon butter mixture into each tomato. Bake until tomatoes are hot, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve tomatoes on parsley.
