Ingredients

  • Peanut butter Frosting:
  • 1/2 C butter softened
  • 1 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/2 C peanut butter chips melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 C all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • 1 C peanut butter chips melted
  • 1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 C confectioners' sugar
  • 2-3 TBS milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add melted peanut butter chips. mix well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

Pour into 2 greased 9" baking pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. or until toothe pick comes out clean.

Frost by mixing ingredients.
