Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup dried milk
- 1 cup syrup
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 cup OJ
- 1 tsp vanilla x
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 6 scoops chocolate protein

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl.
Mix well. Should be like cookie dough.
Spread on cookie sheet with non stick spray
Bake until edges are browned and crisp.
