    cups rolled oats

  • 1 1/2

    cup dried milk

  • 1

    cup syrup

  • 6

    egg whites

  • 1/2

    cup OJ

  • 1

    tsp vanilla x

  • 1/2

    cup apple sauce

  • 6

    scoops chocolate protein

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Mix well. Should be like cookie dough. Spread on cookie sheet with non stick spray Bake until edges are browned and crisp. 325.
