Ingredients

  • 1

    medium very ripe banana, broken into chunks

  • 1

    cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ to 1

    cup unsweetened plain or vanilla milk alternative of choice (almond, coconut, rice)

  • ½

    cup packed baby spinach

  • ½

    cup ice

Directions

Toss banana, blueberries and 1/2 cup of milk into blender, process until smooth. Add the spinach and blend until green specks vanish. Add ice.
