Dandelion Root Tea

This recipe is from Dr. Oz (I believe). Supposed to help flush excess water weight, thus losing more than 5 lbs. in 7 days.

Ingredients

  • 60 oz. distilled or pure water
  • (OMIT - Due to Aspartame) 1 tbsp. sugar free cranberry juice
  • 1 dandelion root tea bag
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Steep the tea bag in 2 cups hot water according to brewing directions. Then remove tea bag and add remaining ingredients. Chill.

Drink 60 oz/day for 7 days to see the results.

Good substitute for iced tea.
