Cranberries - Pickled (these are the ones I made - Yum!)

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 tea. cloves
  • 1 /4 tea. allspice
  • 1/4 tea. pepper
  • 1 /4 tea. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tea. ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare eight 8 oz. jars.

Combine all of the ingredients with 1/2 cup water in a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Pour into prepared jars. Cover with the remaining liquid and attach lids.

Process 15 minutes in a hot water bath.
