Pecan Pie

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tbsp. bourbon
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together butter and sugar add the beaten eggs. Stir in pecan halves and bourbon. Pour in to pie shell. Bake at 375 deegrees for ten minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 to 40 minutes. Shield pie crust with foil if it starts to brown too quickly.
