  • 1 3/4 pounds ground venison
  • 1 3/4 pounds ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mint (or 5 leaves fresh mint, diced)
