Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients, divide into 4 parts and chill.
Mix filling ingredients till smooth.
Roll out each of the 4 parts of dough in rectangle shape (approximately 12 inches x 8 inches wide). Place 1/4 of the filling down the center of each oblong of dough. Place the two long sides over each other.
