Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4-1/2 cup melted margarine
- FILLING:
- 2 pkgs Dream Whip
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small tin pumpkin
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 box instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 container Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and pat crust ingredients into a 9" x 13" pan. Set in fridge. Save a few crumbs for on top.
Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the crumbs. Spread Cool Whip over the filling and sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill.
