Cracker Barrel Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb meatloaf mix
• 1/2 c onion diced
• 1/4 c peper diced
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tbsp salt
• 1/8 tbsp pepper
• 1/2 can diced tomatoes
• 1 grated biscuit crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients in a mixer. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes or until top is brown.
