Watermelon & berry fresca

Healthy, easily prepared and delicious, this watermelon and berry fresca may well become your new favorite summer thirst quencher.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds diced seedless watermelon, approximately 4-5 cups.
  • 1 pint fresh, rinsed raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender or juicer and mix until smooth. If desired berry seeds can be strained. Adjust ingredients to taste.
