Ingredients
- 1 14 oz pkg caramels
- 2 T Water
- 2 T butter
- 2 cups coarsley chopped pecans
- 4 oz white candy coating coarsley shopped
- 4 oz semi sweet chocoate chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a microwave combine the caramels, water, and butter.
Microwave on high for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, stiring often. Stir in pecans
Drop by T onto greased baking sheet. Put in freeer for 20 minutes till firm.
In a microwave bowl, combine candy coatings . Cook uncovered on high for 12 minutes. Stir every 15 seconds stir until smooth.
Dip caramels into chocolate coatings and put on linned paper baking sheets. Chill till firm.
