Smoked Gouda Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 # russetts
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 c smoked gouda or gruyere
- 1/2 c parmesan
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 c cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Recipe can be doubled*****

Preparation
Step 1
Slice potatoes 1/8 thick. Toss in large bowl with salt, pepper and rosemary.
In small bowl toss cheeses.
Layer 1/2 the potatoes in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese and top with remaining potatoes. Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Tap dish to remove air bubbles and top with remaining cheese.
Bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
