Ingredients

  • 2 cups of grounded almonds
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ¼ cup of icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Gradually add the grounded almond to the egg white, then the icing sugar and lemon juice.
2. Work the paste incorporating the remaining sugar.
3. Roll to ¼ thickness.
