Sausage and Tortellini Soup

1. Cook sausage in dutch oven, stirring to crumble. Drain and set aside. 2. Add garlic and onion to pan; cook until onion is tender. Stir in wine, and loosen browned bits. Stir in sausage, broth, and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serves 8. 206 calories, 12.6 gr protein.
