Rhubarb Dump Cake

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

1 pkg yellow cake mix (18 11/2 oz)
4 cups diced fresh rhubarb
1 c sugar +
1 c heavy cream

Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 50mins

Step 1

Mix cake as instructed on the pkg. Put in a 13x9 pan. Spread rhubarb over batter, sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and pour cream over all. DO NOT MIX!!! Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
