Lemon Cream Baked Salmon

  • 3 salmon steaks - (to 4) abt 2 lbs total
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 taablespoon minced onion
  • 1 dash salt
  • Chopped fresh parsley


Servings 3


Step 1

Arrange salmon steaks in a buttered baking dish.

Mix cream, lemon juice, onion, and salt and pour over steaks, bake uncovered 25 minutes at 400 degrees (or until fish flakes easily).

Spoon sauce over each serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
