Ingredients
- 2 packed C basil leaves
- 1/3 C toasted pine nuts
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- zest of 1 lg lemon
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1/3 C parm cheese

mix all in food processor. Good w/ seafood esp. swordfish.
