Ingredients
- Shrimp seasoning:
- 2 dozen shrimp
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 9 dashes ground allspice
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Remoulade Sauce:
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
- 2 tsp. milk
- 1 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. minced celery
- 1 tsp. minced white onion
- 1 tsp. minced green bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan, add shrimp and sprinkle with seasoning. Fry until shrimp turns pink. May grill instead. Serve with sauce.
