Ingredients
- 2 T. margarine
- 2 T. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. half&half
- 1/4 c. romano cheese
- 1/4 c. swiss cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter.
Add flour, cooking for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth, heat to boiling
Reduce to simmer.
Add half&half.
When warm, add cheese, stirring continuously until thick and bubbly.
