HCG Diet (P2) Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3.5 oz Chicken
  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sauté a crushed clove of garlic in chicken broth.
2. Add cubed cooked chicken and 1/2 seasonings and stir well, adding additional broth, if needed so it doesn’t stick to pan
3. Add crushed tomatoes
4. Add extra broth, if needed and the rest of seasonings.
5. Stir and simmer with a cover for 20-30 min.
