Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/3 C ketchup
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C red wine vinegar
- 1/3 C Vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, chopped (including tops)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salad:
- 1 10 oz bag baby fresh spinach
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
- 8 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
- 4 hard boiled eggs

Step 1
For Dressing:
Early on day of serving, combine all dressing ingredients. Place in glass jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
For Salad:
Wash spinach several times to remove all sand. Tear off stems and tear spinach into bite-size pieces. Dry spinach with clean towel. Place in large salad bowl. Wash and slice mushrooms. Slice boiled eggs; add to salad bowl with mushrooms. Top with bacon pieces.
Tip: use kitchen scissors to cut uncooked bacon into the desired size. Cut several slices at a time and bacon will separate into individual bits as it cooks.
