Potato Casserole

  • 2 packages frozen hash browns (thaw)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine and 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes



Step 1

Melt 1 stick margarine in 9 x 13 pan.
Add potatoes.
Combine soups and sour cream and spread over potatoes.
Grate cheese over top.
Mix corn flakes and melted margarine.
Spread on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
