- 1-2 tsp. black tea
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (or 1/4 a cinnamon stick, broken)

Cooking time 5mins
Add all the ingredients to a tea ball or directly to the cup, and pour in the boiling water.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes or until desired strength.
