Ingredients
- For each pound of ground pork add
- 1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 C grated asiago cheese
- 1/4 C Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 egg
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients. Fry a small meatball to check that it is salted to taste. Adjust seasoning as necessary. Roll into small meatballs. Drop into simmering marina sauce and cook for 10-15 min. Serve over your favorite pasta.
