Ingredients
- 1 c catchup
- 1 c water
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 t mustard
- 2 lbs London broil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except meat in Dutch oven. Bring to boil for 10 mins.
Place meat in freezer long enough to be able to slice very thin. Add meat to sauce. Simmer for several hours. Good on crusty rolls.
