Ingredients

• cream -1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. salt
• mix in-2 cups flour
• 1 and 1/2 tsp.b. soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. b.powder
• add: 4 cups sliced apples
• and let sit for 10 min and pour into pan
• topping-1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts-combine and put on top of batter

9x13 greased and floured dish and bake 375 for 30 minutes
