- 8 tea bags, tags removed
- 8 sprig(s) fresh mint, plus additional for serving
- 1/4 cup(s) fresh lime juice, (from 2 to 3 limes)

1.In covered 3-quart saucepan, heat 4 cups water to boiling over high heat. Remove from heat; stir in tea bags and mint. Cover and let steep 5 minutes.
2.Stir tea; remove tea bags and mint. Into large pitcher with tight-fitting lid, pour tea, lime juice, and remaining 4 cups water. Makes 6 1/2 cups. Cover and let stand until ready to serve or overnight. (Do not refrigerate or tea will become cloudy. If this happens, add up to 1 cup boiling water, gradually, stirring until tea clears.) Serve over ice with mint, and sugar if you like.
