Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. 95% lean ground beef
- 4 oz. reduced fat ricotta
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1 1/2 oz. Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 4 oz. 2% Mozzarella. Cheese (shredded)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly mist 8 of cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray; set aside.
In large skillet over medium heat, add beef and Italian seasonings and brown breaking up with a spoon. Push 1 wonton into bottom of each 8 prepared cups.
Spoon 1/2 of ricotta evenly into wrappers follow by spooning 1/2 of beef mixture then splitting 1/2 of sauce between each cup. Top with 1/2 of Mozzarella. Cheese and 1/2 Parm. Cheese.
Press lightly another wonton on each 8 and repeat layering steps with remaining ingredients.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from tins.
