Ingredients
- Cantaloupe and Watermelon pieces alternated on a skewer with a raspberry dipping sauce. Not only colorful but refreshing and delicious.
Preparation
Step 1
To make the raspberry sauce :
Place 1/2 cup raspberries in a blender and add 1-2 TBS coconut nectar OR 2-3 medjool dates (pitted). Add water for desired thickness and blend. Place in a small bowl and use for a dipping sauce.
For kids, Blend canteloupe in a high speed or other blender and place into ice cube trays and in the freeze OR into ice pop molds and freeze until ready.
