Ingredients

  • Topping, optional:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • ................................................
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup catsup

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs lightly. Stir in catsup. Add bread crumbs and water. Combine with meat and onion mix. Place in loaf pan. Mix topping and spread over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
